All Night Long- Concert Highlights

A Fabulous Finale: Brisbane Brass Concert ‘All Night Long’ Wrap-Up

What a spectacular night it was at the ‘All Night Long’ concert with Brisbane Brass!

We’re still buzzing from the incredible performances that lit up the Queensland Multicultural Centre. A huge thank you to our guest vocalist, Rose Salemanesa, whose powerhouse vocals truly stole the show. Rose's dynamic range and emotive delivery left everyone spellbound.

We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our talented guest artists and bands. Harmon & Glyn Hickling’s touching father-son rendition of “A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square” was a memorable highlight, showcasing their exceptional chemistry. Max Ward and Jude McConville dazzled with their performance of “West End Blues,” while Tyler-Jones Brennan’s soulful solo of “Nearness of You” added a beautiful touch to the evening.

A special thank you to our BB1 Musical Director, Alan Spence, who not only shared his birthday with us but is also conducted his last performance with Brisbane Brass for the forseeable future as he takes a leave of absence. Alan, your dedication and leadership have been truly invaluable, and we deeply appreciate all your efforts.

Thank you to our conductors, friends, family, and everyone who supported us. Your enthusiasm and support made the night unforgettable.

Here’s to many more nights of fantastic music and shared moments!
